Hancock Gourmet Lobster guarantees the quality of the products we produce. Our food is well packed to assure arrival in good condition, either frozen or well chilled. If your package arrives later than your guaranteed delivery date and arrives in poor condition, we will be happy to issue a credit to your account, send you a gift certificate, or reship the product.
Perishable items are not returnable. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses you provide, or if the recipient is not available to promptly bring a delivery into their home.
