Plump Mussels and Clams served in a savory white wine garlic butter sauce with a touch of chopped tomato. These are mussels and clams like you've never had before – they are meaty and tender with a rich ocean flavor. A simply delicious dish.

Mussels & Clams in White Wine Garlic Butter Sauce: Mussels, Clams, Butter (cream, salt), Olive Oil, Garlic, White Wine (sulfites), Onion, Tomato, Parsley, Salt, Black Pepper. Contains: Shellfish (mussels, clams), milk. Made in a facility that also uses: egg, soy, tree nuts, wheat, fish.

Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator immediately before use. For oven preparation, Preheat oven to 375°. Remove plastic lid. Cover with foil and seal tightly. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for a minute. Remove foil and serve. Caution: Steam is very hot.

For stovetop preparation, pour contents of container into a large heavy saucepan or pot. Add 1/2 cup wine, chicken stock or water. Cover and heat on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until mussels and clams have opened. Serve immediately.

Of Course I Could Do it Myself, But Not This Good

This was terrific. I do mussels and clams, but this was better, perhaps because it was so fresh. Only one didn't open up. I recommend putting more wine into it, tho', because I'd like a little more broth.

Just delicious. Tastes like the sea. Best frozen meal ever, served with angel hair bordelaise.
