Hancock Gourmet Lobster Co. has won several awards at the International Fancy Food Show. These awards are considered the "Oscars" of the specialty food industry. Our Best in Show Sampler includes four award winners: Lobster Corn Chowder, Lobster Flatbread, Lobster Mac & Cheese on the Half Shell, and Lobster Wellington.

Lobster Mac & Cheese on the Half Shell: Pasta (semolina, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cream, lobster, mascarpone cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, citric acid), Panko bread crumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, dextrose, salt), butter (cream, salt), cheddar cheese (milk, enzymes, salt), shallots, wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), olive oil, salt, Parmesan cheese (part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose), parsley, chives, lemon zest, white pepper. Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator immediately before use.

Lobster Corn Chowder: Pour into saucepan or double-boiler and warm over medium heat until steaming. Do not boil. Do not microwave.

Lobster Flatbread: For best results cut a slit in the plastic wrap while thawing. Preheat oven to 475°. Remove plastic wrap from flatbread and place on a preheated baking sheet. (To preheat baking sheet, place in oven empty for five minutes.) Bake for 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Lobster Wellington: Pre-heat oven to 400°. Remove Wellingtons from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately. Do not microwave.

Lobster Sauce: Pour contents into saucepan or double boiler. Heat on medium heat until very hot, but not boiling. May be microwaved. Spoon over Lobster Wellington.

Lobster Mac & Cheese on the Half Shell: Preheat oven to 375°. Remove shells from freezer. Remove plastic wrap and wax board and place shells on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly and internal temperature reaches 165°.
