Preparation Instructions: Thaw under refrigeration immediately before use. Remove plastic wrap and plastic lid and place on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees for 70-80 minutes. Allow to rest 10-15 minutes before cutting.
