Whether you're cruising offshore watching for whales and dolphins, or tailgating at your favorite arena, this lunch will delight your senses. We combine a quart of our award winning Smoked Scallop Lobster Bisque, which has an overtone of smokiness from the smoked scallops, with six of our famous Lobster Rolls-fresh lobster salad and New England Split rolls. It simply doesn't get more authentic than this.

For best quality, we recommend consuming lobster salad by the "best by" date on the container which is typically within 2-3 days of receipt.

Smoked Scallop Lobster Bisque
Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator immediately before use. Pour contents from package into saucepan or double-boiler and warm on medium heat until hot, stirring often. Do not boil. Microwave: Pour contents from package into a microwave-safe dish. Stir and loosely cover. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until hot; do not allow it to boil. Stir well before serving.


Ingredients:Cream, Lobster, Lobster stock, Modified Food Starch, Butter (cream, salt), Smoked scallops (scallops, salt, evaporated cane juice, soybean oil, hardwood and fruitwood smoke), Lobster base (cooked lobster, salt, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed corn protein, whey, lobster extract, butter oil, autolyzed yeast extract, tomato paste, onion powder, dehydrated potato flakes, paprika, natural butter flavor, spices, garlic powder, saffron), Sugar, Tomato paste (tomato paste, spices, natural flavors, citric acid), Paprika, Black pepper. Lobster Rolls
Preparation Instructions: Pull rolls apart gently. Butter outside surfaces of the rolls. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Place rolls, one buttered side down, in skillet. Cook until browned lightly—about 1-2 minutes per side. Open rolls and fill with the fresh Maine lobster salad.

Lobster Salad: Lobster meat, mayonnaise (soybean oil, water, whole eggs and egg yolks, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice, calcium disodium EDTA [used to protect quality], natural flavors), spices. Split-Top Rolls: Wheat flour (with barley malt, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), high fructose corn syrup, yeast. Serving Suggestion: The traditional way to serve lobster rolls is with potato chips and a pickle. They are great with a tossed green salad or coleslaw and a beer. Follow it with Whoopie Pies for a Downeast meal, and it's truly a classic.

The lobster rolls are consistently excellent but we had not tried the smoked scallop lobster bisque. It was superb and will undoubtedly share this with our out-of-state friends to lure them to Maine for a visit.
