Lobster Rolls & Maple Cream Blueberry Cakes - Package of 6

Can't make it to Maine? This is the perfect pairing to remind you of the flavor of Maine.

Our Lobster Rolls feature fresh lobster salad made from claw and knuckle meat - the sweetest a lobster has to offer. Nana always said to let the lobster speak for itself, so we only add a touch of mayo and a dash of salt & pepper. Simply butter and brown both sides of each New England Split-Top Roll before serving.

Finish off this Maine inspired meal with individual Maple Cream Blueberry Cakes: New England's favorite tried-and-true treat. The wild blueberry is Maine's official state berry, and our latest creation's natural blue hue proves it's packed full of 'em. A cross between a whoopie pie and a blueberry pancake, this is the epitome of dessert perfection. Each single serving sandwich features two moist blueberry cakes filled with a creamy maple, dairy-free coconut milk filling. These babies are made with the good stuff, and just like their shape suggests, they're sure to win your heart.

For best quality, since the lobster salad is fresh, we recommend consuming your lobster salad within 2-3 days after receipt.

Lobster and Whoopi's pies are winners
Posted by BEC  |  Oct 3, 2019
The lobster was fabulous, rolls were perfect, and choco Whoopi pies were delightful! Tried the blueberry maple cream cakes for the first time. Like the fact that they were not overly sweet but did not like the texture of the cakes - too dense (thick) and not enough or hardly any flavor of the renowned blueberries.
