Lobster Rolls 2 Pack w/ Shellfish Appetizer for 2

Bask in this tasty medley of flavor! Our traditional Maine Lobster Rolls and Shellfish Appetizer for two. Start first with a bite of our famous Lobster Rolls, chock full of lobster, lightly dabbed with a bit of mayo and sprinkled with just the right amount of seasoning atop our famous New England Split Top Rolls. Then take a bite of our Shellfish Appetizer-steaming clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp and baby potatoes in a savory herbed lemon butter. The combination is yummy!

For best quality, we recommend consuming lobster salad by the "best by" date on the container, generally 2-3 days after receipt.

Shellfish Appetizer:Scallop, shrimp, mussel, clam, potatoes, butter (cream, salt), lemon, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, chive, soybean oil, seasoning, sugar, garlic powder, yeast extract, onion powder, salt, black pepper, vinegar powder, safflower oil, and disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate (to maintain natural color of potatoes). Contains milk, shellfish (scallop, shrimp, mussel, clam), soy. Made in a facility that also uses tree nuts, egg, wheat, fish.



Lobster Salad:Lobster meat, mayonnaise (soybean oil, water, whole eggs and egg yolks, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice, calcium disodium EDTA [used to protect quality], natural flavors), spices. Contains: egg, milk, shellfish, soy. Made in a facility that uses: wheat, fish, tree nuts. May contain shell fragments.



Split-Top Rolls: Wheat flour (with barley malt, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), high fructose corn syrup, yeast. Contains 2% or less of the following: soybean oil, maltodextrin, dextrose, cornstarch, salt, dough conditioner (ethoxylated mono and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate), soy oil, calcium phosphate, calcium sulfate, calcium iodate, calcium propionate (to protect freshness), calcium peroxide, soy flour. Contains: wheat, soy. Made in a facility that uses: Fish, shellfish, milk, egg, tree nuts.

Shellfish Appetizer for 2:Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Pre-heat oven to 375*. Remove plastic wrap and lid and cover container with foil and seal. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 3-5 minutes.



Lobster Rolls:Pull rolls apart gently. Butter outside surfaces of the rolls. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Place rolls, one buttered side down, in skillet. Cook until browned lightly—about 1-2 minutes per side. Open rolls and fill with the fresh Maine lobster salad.



Shelf Life: Store Lobster Salad in the refrigerator. For best quality, we recommend consuming lobster salad by the "best by" date on the container which is typically within 2-3 days of receipt. Lobster Salad is a fresh product and cannot be frozen.
