Lobster Mac & Cheese Sliders

Lobster Mac & Cheese at its best! Our slider has the perfect portion of our famous, creamy Lobster Mac & Cheese coated in a seasoned crunchy Panko breadcrumbs so it sits prominently on a brioche bun. Easy to make, just pan fry, saute, or deep fry sliders. They can be served by themselves or as an easy party food.

Lobster Mac & Cheese Croquettes: Pasta (semolina, niacin, iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cream, lobster, mascarpone cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, citric acid), Panko bread crumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, dextrose, salt), butter (cream, salt), cheddar cheese (milk, enzymes, salt), white wine (sulfites),shallots, wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), olive oil, salt, Parmesan cheese (part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose), garlic powder, parsley, chives, white and black pepper, Contains:shellfish (lobster), milk, wheat. Made in a facility that uses tree nuts. soy, egg, fish. May contain shell fragments.

Brioche Buns: Unbleached Unbromated Wheat Flour ([wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid] malted barley flour), Unsalted Butter, Sponge (unbleached, unbromated wheat flour, malted barley flour, filtered water, sea salt, yeast), Eggs, Whole Milk, Sugar, Yeast, Sea Salt. Contains: wheat, eggs, milk, fish.

Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use. Slice Brioche Buns in half immediately before use. If preferred, grill cut side of buttered bun lightly in a saute pan. Remove from Lobster Mac & Cheese Croquettes from packaging. Pan fry over medium low heat using vegetable oil, olive oil and or butter. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Can also saute or deep fry.
