    Pure Summer!

I'll admit, was disappointed on sight after unpackaging the flatbreads. The lobster pieces were small in comparison to the beautiful, ample portions of other products on the site. I was also thrown upon first bite, as the brightness and acidity of lemon all but entirely disguised the lobster itself. So while the lobster itself became a superfluous ingredient, my disappointment changed to surprising appreciation of the citrusy, summery flavors as I imagined serving this to guests on the patio with chilled glasses of white wine on a hot summer evening. Would be great on the grill!

This is a very satisfying dish. It cooks up nicely, and the crispiness of the bread works well with the wonderful bits of lobster and seasonings. I add a little cheese melted on top of mine. Very good!

This is possibly the most delicious anything I have ever eaten. Somehow, HGLC manages to keep the lobster moist and fresh, the flatbread crisp, and the cheesey-lemony flavor abundant. The best of the best. If you buy only one thing, buy this!
