Lobster Cake Sliders

Lobster Cake Sliders are a favorite party food perfectly prepared for easy entertaining! Maine lobster with a sprinkling of celery, onions, and garlic for extra flavor and texture, these cakes have no fillers or binder, and are lightly rolled in crispy panko bread crumbs to sit perfectly on our Brioche Buns.

Lobster Cakes: Lobster, shrimp, heavy cream, egg white, panko crumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, dextrose, salt), onions, butter (cream, salt), celery, garlic, salt, white pepper. Contains: Shellfish (lobster, shrimp), wheat, milk, egg. Processed in a facility that also uses soy, tree nuts, fish. May contain shell fragments.

Brioche Buns: Unbleached Unbromated Wheat Flour ([wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid] malted barley flour), Unsalted Butter, Sponge (unbleached, unbromated wheat flour, malted barley flour, filtered water, sea salt, yeast), Eggs, Whole Milk, Sugar, Yeast, Sea Salt. Contains: wheat, eggs, milk.

Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator immediately before use.Slice Brioche Buns in half and lightly brown in sautee pan if desired. Remove lobster cakes from packaging. In heavy pan, sauté lobster cakes in butter or oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve immediately on toasted bun.
