Lobster Stuffed Pasta Shells: Pasta (semolina, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Mascarpone cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, citric acid), Lobster, Panko bread crumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, dextrose, salt), Cream, Mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, potato starch and cellulose added to prevent caking), Ricotta cheese (pasteurized whey, pasteurized milk and sweet cream, vinegar, salt), Cheddar cheese (milk, enzymes, salt), Spinach, Butter (cream, salt), Onion, Garlic, Parmesan cheese (part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose), White wine (sulfites), Lobster base (cooked lobster, salt, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed corn protein, whey, lobster extract, butter oil, autolyzed yeast extract, tomato paste, onion powder, dehydrated potato flakes, paprika, natural butter flavor, spices, garlic powder, saffron), Tomato paste, (tomato paste, salt, spices natural flavors, citric acid), Sugar, Tapioca flour, Rice flour, Paprika, Salt, White and Black pepper. Contains: Shellfish (lobster), Milk, Wheat. Made in a facility that also uses Fish, Egg, Soy, Tree nuts. May contain shell fragments.

Thaw in refrigerator immediately before use. Preheat conventional oven to 355 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and/or lid. Cover with foil and seal tightly. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

If you love lobster, you can't go wrong with Cal Hancock. Everything I've tried has been excellent. I am reminded of when I was a girl growing up on the Eastern Seaboard, when we would go out to lobster dinners most weekends.

I have figured this out. I loved the shells, but not the sauce. I guess it's me. But I would buy them again if they came without sauce.

We like to have something different and festive for Christmas dinner. These shells were a nice change from baked stuffed potatoes to complement our Rack of Lamb. Sadly they went fast and people are still raving about. I only got one):

Although this was very tasty, I was disappointed at the lack of lobster in it. It was very cheesy, but if it did not have lobster in the title, I don't think I would have known there was even lobster in it. Maybe I just got a bad batch.
