From our kitchen to yours, our rich, velvety risotto is the perfect combination of fresh chopped crimini mushrooms, grated swiss cheese, and fresh Maine lobster. Each ball is coated with a layer of lemon & herb panko breadcrumbs to give it that creamy/crunchy contrast. Pop one in your mouth, pass the rest around, and enjoy the party! Lobster Risotto Appetizer Balls: Arborio rice, lobster, panko bread crumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, dextrose, salt), Swiss cheese (part skim milk, enzymes, salt), Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese (part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose), onion, lobster base (cooked lobster, salt, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed corn protein, whey, lobster extract, butter oil, autolyzed yeast extract, tomato paste, onion powder, dehydrated potato flakes, extractives of paprika, natural butter flavor, spice extractives, garlic powder, saffron), olive oil, salt, white pepper. Contains: milk, shellfish (lobster), wheat. Made in a facility that uses: egg, soy, tree nuts, fish. May contain shell fragments.

Thaw in refrigerator immediately before use. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Remove plastic wrap or lid. Spray risotto balls with cooking oil spray. Place container in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

The risotto balls were on the dry side. They were ok on the flavor side; however, we didn't care for the texture. I wouldn't purchase these again.

Haven't tried these yet. Bought them for a party next month. Hoping they are as good as all your other products I have tried.
