Lobster Pot Pies
Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator immediately before use. Preheat oven to 425°. Bake on sheet pan for 15 minutes or until pastry has begun to puff. Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for another 5-8 minutes until pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestions: Serve as an appetizer or entrée with salad made of fresh greens and grapefruit and avocado slices. Best with a crisp white wine or champagne.
