Lobster Mac & Cheese on the Half Shell
Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Preheat oven to 375°. Remove shells from freezer. Remove plastic wrap and wax board and place shells on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly and internal temperature reaches 165°.

Ingredients: Pasta (semolina, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cream, lobster, mascarpone cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, citric acid), Panko bread crumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, dextrose, salt), butter (cream, salt), cheddar cheese (milk, enzymes, salt), shallots, wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), olive oil, salt, Parmesan cheese (part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose), parsley, chives, lemon zest, white pepper. Maine Clambake
Preparation Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator immediately before use. Pre-heat oven to 450°. Place foil bag (unopened) on a baking sheet. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Cut a slit in the foil to remove contents.

For Outdoor Grill: Pre-heat grill to highest temperature (about 450°). Place foil bag on center of grill rack and close cover. Grill for 35-40 minutes. Remove from grill and let sit for 5 minutes. Cut a slit in the foil and remove contents.

Caution: steam is very hot.

Serving Suggestion: To remove the meat from the lobster tails, we recommend cutting the bottom of the tail using boning shears or scissors. The meat is so tender, it will remove easily once the tail is opened. The sauce in the bottom of the foil is also outstanding: very rich and complex. Consider preparing some risotto or rice and drizzling the sauce over the top.

Preparation Instructions: Please keep frozen until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 350°. Remove plastic wrap and lid. Place the frozen crisp on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven and let stand for 2-3 minutes. Do not microwave.
