A tangy citrus butter brings out the succulent flavor of large North Atlantic scallops in this delicious offering. The taste of the scallops is enhanced by the mildly tart citrus to create a savory appetizer or entrée. Topped with seasoned panko bread crumbs and presented in an authentic scallop shell, this is a beautiful, scrumptious addition to any meal.

Herb & Citrus Baked Scallops: Scallops, butter (cream, salt), olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, panko bread crumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, dextrose, salt), parsley, chives, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, dill. Contains wheat, milk, fish, shellfish (scallops). May contain shell fragments.

Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw scallops under refrigeration for 24 hours immediately before use. Remove plastic wrap. Pre-heat oven to 425°. Place scallop shells on sheet pan and bake for 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
