The party starts with handmade sliders straight from the coast! Feast on our Maine Crab Cake Sliders, full of sweet, delicate, mouth-watering flavor. Our crab cakes are 80% crab meat and a touch of all the things that make crab taste good: Dijon mustard, parsley, chives and crunchy panko bread crumbs. Easy to serve on a toasted Brioche Bun (included) for your next get together!

Crab Cakes Crab, Egg, Panko bread crumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, dextrose, salt), Mayonnaise (soybean oil, whole eggs, vinegar, water, egg yolks, salt, dextrose, sugar, lemon juice, calcium disodium EDTA), Wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Dijon mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, citric acid, potassium metabisulphite), Salt, Old Bay seasoning (celery salt, paprika, red and black pepper), Parsley, Chives,Spices. Contains Shellfish (crab), Egg, Wheat, Soy. Processed in a facility that also uses Milk, Tree nuts, Fish. May contain shell fragments.

Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use. Slice Brioche Buns in half and lightly brown in sautee pan if desired. Remove from packaging. In heavy pan, sauté cakes in butter or oil over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
