The party starts with handmade sliders straight from the coast! Feast on our Maine Crab Cake Sliders, full of sweet, delicate, mouth-watering flavor. Our crab cakes are 80% crab meat and a touch of all the things that make crab taste good: Dijon mustard, red pepper (which does give our crab cakes a nice little zing), parsley, chives and crunchy panko bread crumbs. Easy to serve on a toasted Brioche Bun (included) for your next get together!

Preparation Instructions:
Crab Cakes Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator immediately before use. Remove from packaging. In heavy pan, sauté cakes in butter or oil over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
Brioche Buns: Thaw Brioche Buns in refrigerator immediately before use and slice in half. Add Crab Cake and hold together with a bamboo pick. Optional: Spread butter on cut side of bun and grill until lightly browned in a sauté pan.
