Lobster Gazpacho w/ Lobster Rolls - Package of 4

Our fresh, zesty Lobster Gazpacho is accented with big pieces of Maine lobster and includes cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, peppers, and more. It pairs perfectly with our iconic Lobster Rolls, made with fresh, sweet chunks of knuckle and claw meat lightly tossed in mayonnaise.

For best quality, we recommend consuming lobster salad and lobster gazpacho by the "best by" date on the container, generally 2-3 days after receipt.

Lobster Salad (12 oz., fresh)
4 Split-Top Rolls (frozen)


Lobster Gazpacho: Lobster, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, vegetable juice (water and concentrated juices of tomato, carrots, celery, beets, parsley, lettuce, watercress, spinach, salt, ascorbic acid (Vit C), natural flavorings), cilantro, jalapeno peppers , cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, Jalapeno sauce (distilled vinegar, jalapeno pepper, water, salt, corn starch, xanthan gum, ascorbic acid), olive oil, lime juice, sea salt, garlic, spices. Contains shellfish (lobster). Processed in a facility that also processes wheat, soy, egg, fish, tree nuts. May contain shell fragments.

Lobster Salad: Maine lobster meat (claw and knuckle only), mayonnaise (soybean oil, whole eggs, vinegar, water, egg yolks, salt, dextrose, sugar, lemon juice, calcium, disodium EDTA used to protect quality, natural flavors), black pepper, salt. Contains: egg, milk, shellfish, soy. Made in a facility that uses: wheat, tree nuts, fish. May contain shell fragments.

Rolls: Wheat flour (with barley malt, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), high fructose corn syrup, yeast. Contains 2% or less of the following: soybean oil, maltodextrin, dextrose, cornstarch, salt, dough conditioner (ethoxylated mono and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate), soy oil, calcium phosphate, calcium sulfate, calcium iodate, calcium propionate (to protect freshness), calcium peroxide, soy flour.

Lobster Gazpacho: Simply pour or spoon gazpacho into bowls and serve.

Lobster Rolls: Separate the rolls. Spread butter or margarine on the non-crust sides of each roll. Grill each side until golden brown. Fill each roll with fresh Maine lobster salad.

Shelf Life: Store Lobster Salad in the refrigerator. For best quality, we recommend consuming lobster salad by the "best by" date on the container which is typically within 2-3 days of receipt. Lobster Salad is a fresh product and cannot be frozen.

this lobster roll and gazpacho combo is our favorite .. we order it several times over the summer every year and look forward to eating it out on the deck pretending we were sitting next to the ocean. Lots of big lobster pieces in the perfectly spiced gazpacho and of course, those lobster rolls are simple and always delicious
