Made from scratch every morning, our hearty Clam Chowder is chock full of chopped hard-shell clams and diced potatoes.This rich and creamy soup is an ideal opening act for the Maine event.

Our Lobster Rolls are made with fresh, sweet claw and knuckle meat every day. Nana always said to let the lobster speak for itself, so we only add a touch of mayo and a dash of salt & pepper. Simply butter and brown both sides of each New England Split-Top Roll before serving.

For best quality, we recommend consuming your fresh lobster salad within 2-3 days of receipt.

Lobster Salad: Lobster meat, Mayonnaise (soybean oil, water, whole eggs and egg yolks, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice, calcium disodium EDTA [used to protect quality] natural flavors), Spices. Contains: Egg, Soy, Shellfish (lobster). Made in a facility that also uses: Fish, Milk, Wheat, Tree nuts. May contain shell fragments.

Split Top Rolls: Wheat flour (with barley malt, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), high fructose corn syrup, yeast. Contains 2% or less of the following: soybean oil, maltodextrin, dextrose, cornstarch, salt, dough conditioner (ethoxylated mono and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate), soy oil, calcium phosphate, calcium sulfate, calcium iodate, calcium propionate (to protect freshness), calcium peroxide, soy flour.

Lobster Rolls: Spread butter or margarine on the non-crust sides of each roll. Grill each side until golden brown. Fill each roll with fresh Maine lobster salad.

Shelf Life: Store Lobster Salad in the refrigerator. For best quality, we recommend consuming lobster salad by the "best by" date on the container which is typically within 2-3 days of receipt. Lobster Salad is a fresh product and cannot be frozen.

Clam Chowder: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator immediately before use. Pour into saucepan or double boiler and heat on medium until steaming. Do not boil.
