"On Board" Dining

Although your boat might be a tight working area, cooking can always be made into a fun event. I usually get everyone involved with preparation. It might be opening a bottle of wine or tearing lettuce for a salad. Tight spaces make for great conversation.The boat is a great place to be creative and produce amazing food, so use what you have in the galley and enjoy!
