Appetizer: Our signature stew is loaded with big chunks of Maine lobster meat - more than a whole lobster in every quart. Made with heavy cream, butter, milk and subtle spices.
Entree: Our award winning lobster Pot Pies are brimming with Maine lobster meat in a sherry-splashed cream sauce and are wonderfully appealing to the palette and eye. Lobster-shaped puff pastry decorations adorn the top of each pie adding a touch of whimsy to your meal. Pot Pies come prepared in reusable, white, oven-proof ramekins. Each serving is 5.3 ounces. Our lobster Pot Pies were selected as the best seafood product of the year at the 2003 Fancy Food Show in New York. This entree can be served with a fresh green salad, topped with goat cheese, sunflower seeds, and roasted red peppers.
Dessert: A New England favorite, deep dish wildberry crisp with a handcrafted crumb topping. The filling is a mixture of raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, lemon and orange while the crumb topping is made of oatmeal, coconut, walnuts, sugar and butter. These are all natural, traditional crisps, served in reusable ceramic ramekins and sold as two 8.8 ounce crisps per package.
