The first mouthful makes your eyes close to focus your attention on inhaling and savoring the incredible taste of this stew. Loaded with rich, buttery flavor, it begs to be sipped slowly -- and served with plenty of crusty bread to dip, push around the chunks of lobster, and finally clean out your bowl. WOW! What a splendid treat from a very good friend!

We Californians had a chilly Christmas this year, and one of our daughters, sent us the Maine Lobster gift basket. First we enjoyed the lobster stew..large pieces of lobster, then the lobster cakes, and finally the lobster pies..Such wonderful tastes. We thanked our daughter so much for the very thoughtful gift. I would highly recomend the gift baskets to anyone, for any occasion.

I grew up on the east coast and since I moved to California have been trying to find a legit company that makes great lobster bisque.
I bought the Fogged In Soup Sampler and can not be more happy. HUGE chunks of lobster in this stew. I served it as an opener for christmas dinner and everyone loved it! Bravo!

We have a place on Maine's coast 15 minutes by boat from Cundys...when I'm out there I always make a batch of lobster stew...thought I'd come up with the best version ever..then my sister sent me a quart of Hancock's stew for Christmas...incredibly delicious, mine pales in comparison. Time for me to tinker with my recipe...what is your secret??
