Instead of going out on a Friday night, we decided to have a "night in" with the family, and this dish made an absolutely WONDERFUL entree. It was certainly more than enough for 5 people, and the amount of seafood in it pleased everyone. This dish might even surpass the lobster pot pies as our family's new favorite from Hancock Gourmet Lobster! Thank you for a delicious family dinner.

I received my recent order from you right on time and in perfect condition - there was still some dry ice in the packaging and no thawing of the product.
I ordered the Cadillac Mountain sampler with the intention of sharing all four of them with my 86-year old mother for our Christmas Eve meal. However when I saw just how generous each was, I decided we would only share three and I had the Shellfish Formaggio all to myself with a salad and glass of wine the next night. What a superb meal that was - the casserole was so succulent with such sweet seafood and subtle spicing and so very creamy. What I really appreciated is that it was not too salty; I generally use no prepared foods of any kind because they are so over-salted, but this was perfect!!
Your products and shipping are expensive for someone like me living on a fixed retirement income, but you can be sure to hear from me again - everyone deserves a little luxury in their life and your products make them worth every penny!!
