The lobster is delicious, the flavoring is really good and moist, and a good amount. The only thing amiss was, it was definatley NOT ciabatta. It was more like a giant dinner roll.

Cooked to perfection! The ciabatta is surprisingly delicious and holds up to the freezing and transport perfectly - you would never know it wasn't fresh from your own kitchen. The lobster is fantastic with just the right amount of accents to not lose that wonderful flavor. Generous portions of large chunks of meat - just one sandwich leaves you pleasantly full. Highly recommended - great way to get that lobster fix without all the mess of cooking and shelling!

We received our Warm Lobster Ciabatta a couple of days ago. Thankfully, I had ordered 2. The second set will just get us through until I can order more. THEY ARE HEAVENLY!!! Just lobster, herb butter and ciabatta.
