Both of us are hearty fans of seafood, and it was a consummate treat to savor the texture, the taste, and the perfect freshness in your star selections. Having been weaned on Atlantic coast seafood, we rejoice in marveling once again at its consistency and body. Just as the flora and fauna vary from region to region across the USA, the gifts of the seas take on unique differences, and Atlantic shellfish are nonpareil in sensory satisfaction. But even the most perfect natural products require the masterly hands of a true chef du cuisine to bring forth their promise and divine the subtle combinations of ingredients which will most effectively tease forth the distinctiveness of the main components of the recipe. The balance and enhancement in these items are gustatory delights. The immediate pleasure lives on in determined memory demanding that we repeat such nurturing joy.

I thought the lobster mac and cheese was transcendent and then I tried this. Totally delicious and decadent. Yum!
