I work in the seafood industry and I have the luxury of having the highest quality seafood at my finger tips. Recently I recieved the Lobster Mac & Cheese as a gift. I must say this was a perfect blend of pasta, cheese and most importantly Lobster meat.Working in this industry I often get request from friends and family for seafood. Having tried several items from the Hancock Gourmet people, I direct all of those request to Hancock with complete confidence. Hancock Gourmet truly does carry the highest quality seafoods at a very fair market price. keep up the great work.

It almost makes no sense how delicious this dish is !! It's great cozy comfort food on a cold night or a wonderful dinner on a balmy summer evening. Try it , it's so amazingly good !!!

Craig LaBan, the restaurant critic for the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper, recommended Hancock Gourmet Lobster Co., specifically their Lobster Mac & Cheese. Based on his recommendation I ordered it and had it delivered the next day. Mr. LaBan described it as "decadently creamy" and I can describe it as "incredible". I will spread the Hancock name far and wide with gift certificates for friends and follow-up orders for my family. Hancock has a new customer for life! Absolutely delicious!!

The lobster Mac and cheese is a tasty and comforting meal which you can have any night of the week thanks to the ease of preparation. The crunch of the breadcrumbs is a nice contrast to the richness of the lobster and cheese. A slight criticism may be that the breadcrumbs are a bit over seasoned.

I make a superb lobster Mac & Cheese, and this is almost identical, and 10X easier to make and eat! Creamy, very cheesy, and plenty of lobster chunks. And far fewer calories than expected. I'm going to keep several in my freezer for special treat dinners, and to take over to friends homes for "taste testing" party's.

I just want to tell you that the gift of lobster mac and cheese I sent my son in law for his birthday was a huge hit. In fact, he said I never have to buy him any other gift but that.
