Shelf Life

Once you receive your food, please place it in the refridgerator or freezer immediately. If it has begun to thaw it is fine to place in the freezer until you are ready to prepare it.

All of our products have a minimum frozen shelf life of 6-12 months. Each specific date is indicated on the bottom of each package.

Once the frozen products are defrosted, and refridgerated, they must be consumed within 4 days.

The lobster salad should never be frozen, and should be consumed within 3 days of receipt.
