Holiday Jellied Salad


Ingredients:
  • 1  package of lime jello
  • 1  cup  boiling water
  • 1  crushed pineapple- undrained
  • 1  cup  cottage cheese
  • 1/2  cup  chopped celery
  • 1/2  cup  chopped walnuts
  • 8  ounce  cream cheese
  • 1  tablespoon  mayonnaise
  • 1  teaspoon  lemon juice
 
Directions:
Mix jello with boiling water. Add pineapple, cottage cheese, nuts, and celery. Pour into a mold. Chill in the refrigerator until firm. When ready to serve, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Remove jellied salad from mold and spread cream cheese mixture on top.
