Spicy Basil Dressing


Ingredients:
  • 1/3  cup  fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4  cup  fish sauce
  • 1/4  cup  vegetable oil
  • 2  tablespoon  granulated sugar
  • 2-  1 1/4 inch slices of ginger
  • 2-3  jalapeno peppers, seeded
  • 3  garlic cloves
  • 3/4  cup  basil leaves firmly packed
 
Directions:
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Makes about three quarters of a cup.
