Preparation Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator overnight or for 6-8 hours. Pre-heat oven to 400°. Remove Wellingtons from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately. Do not microwave.
Nubble Light, which is short distance off the eastern point of Cape Neddick, is one of the most photographed and visited lighthouses in Maine. This 41-foot, brick-lined cast iron tower was first illuminated on July 1, 1879. Following the wreck of the Isidore in 1842, a proposal was made for a lighthouse, but it still took four decades to erect the Nubble. According to legend, the Isidore still re-emerges as a ghost ship — with its phantom crew.
