Our new warm lobster ciabatta combines tender Maine lobster meat with lemon herb butter in a hearty ciabatta roll. As the bread warms, the lemon herb butter mixes with the lobster meat, creating a combination that absolutely melts in your mouth. Whether made for a formal gathering or enjoyed as a special lunchtime treat, our hot lobster ciabattas are a delicious way to enjoy sweet Maine lobster without all the fuss. Two ciabattas. Shipped frozen.
Preparation Instructions: Conventional Oven: Thaw in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Pre-heat oven to 400°. Remove plastic wrap. Place foil-wrapped ciabatta on sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove foil and serve.
Outdoor Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Remove plastic wrap. Place foil-wrapped ciabatta directly on grill grate for 4-5 min., turn over and grill for an additional 4-5 min. on the other side. Remove foil and serve.
