Preparation Instructions: Do Not Freeze. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Ingredients Maine lobster meat (claw and knuckle only), mayonnaise (soybean oil, whole eggs, vinegar, water, egg yolks, salt, dextrose, sugar, lemon juice, calcium, disodium EDTA used to protect quality, natural flavors), black pepper, salt. Contains: egg, milk, shellfish, soy. Made in a facility that uses: wheat, tree nuts.

One step into Heaven!

I've never been able to make my peace with the desert, and I continue to long for my clam flats back East. I can't tell you how healing it is to be able to receive your wonderful lobster salad. It is, truly, one step into Heaven! I grew up eating fish 6 days a week and took it for granted. Ordering from you people has been an answer to a homesick Yankee's prayer.
