Spread butter or margarine on the non-crust sides of each roll. Grill each side until golden brown. Fill each roll with fresh Maine lobster salad. "We ordered Downeast lobster rolls whoopie pies and pot pies. We ordered on the half shell and lump crab and lobster stew. I sent a friend an assortment as well. Let me tell you we grilled the Downeast rolls and added the lobster salad and it was amazing, apple cider and a whoopie pie, can not wait to try the rest! Thank you.

"My wife and I used to live in Boston, and the lobster in Iowa just doesn't even compare. These lobster rolls were top quality and a perfect birthday gift for my wife. She couldn't wait to actually make a lobster roll, and started eating the delicious lobster straight out of the container.
