Our Christmas Cove Lobster Cakes are 80% lobster meat, delicate yet rich in body and flavor. Starring Maine lobster with a sprinkling of celery, onions, and garlic for extra flavor and texture, these cakes have no fillers or binder, and are lightly rolled in crispy panko bread crumbs.
You Will Receive:
8 Lobster Cakes (2 oz. each)
Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Remove from packaging. In heavy pan, sauté lobster cakes in butter or oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Serving Sugggestions: Perfect with a squeeze of lemon or try preparing one of our sauce recipes such as beurre blanc sauce or Asian dipping sauce. One or two make a perfect appetizer, three or four an entrée. Serve on a bed of sautéed spinach. They also make delightful mini lobster cake sandwiches.
Christmas Cove is at the end of a long peninsula and is so small it's easy to drive through. It is quiet, yet surrounded with the sounds of seals, shore birds and crickets. It is a typical Maine coastal hamlet and a favorite of sailors and kayakers.
