Better than any lobster or crab cake you've ever tasted, our Christmas Cove Lobster Cakes are delicate yet rich in body and flavor. Starring Maine lobster as the foremost ingredient with a sprinkling of celery, onions and garlic for extra flavor and texture, these cakes have no fillers or binder, and are lightly rolled in crispy panko bread crumbs. Eight cakes (2 oz. each). Shipped frozen.
Serving Sugggestions: Perfect with a squeeze of lemon or try preparing one of our sauce recipes such as beurre blanc sauce or Asian dipping sauce. One or two make a perfect appetizer, three or four an entrée. Serve on a bed of sautéed spinach. They also make delightful mini lobster cake sandwiches.
Preparation Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Remove from packaging. In heavy pan, sauté lobster cakes in butter or oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve immediately.
