A GLUTEN-FREE version of our famous, award-winning Lobster Mac & Cheese is now available! We're very excited to introduce this product for all of our friends and customers who are Gluten Free. We think it tastes just like the original, and we think you'll love it. It contains elbow quinoa pasta and Maine lobster smothered with a creamy mascarpone-cheddar sauce made with gluten free flour. It's all topped with a crunchy mix of breadcrumbs made from corn and rice mixed with Romano cheese. The texture and taste are fantastic. The Gluten Free Lobster Mac & Cheese is offered in two versions – choose a box of two 4oz. servings in real scallop shells or a box of two 9 oz. individual casseroles.

Preparation: Keep frozen until ready to heat.

Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375*. Remove plastic wrap and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.

Convection oven: Preheat oven to 350*. Bake on sheet pan for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.

Ingredients: Pasta (organic corn flour, organic quinoa flour), cream, lobster, mascarpone cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, citric acid), cheddar cheese (milk, enzymes, salt), butter (salt, cream), shallots, breadcrumbs (filtered water, white rice flour, brown rice flour, eggs, corn starch, tapioca flour, canola oil, nonfat drymilk, brown sugar, potato flour, yeast, guar gum, salt, spices), Romano cheese (pasteurized sheep's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose), parsley, chives, lemon zest, white pepper, salt. Contains: Shellfish, milk, egg. Made in a facility that also uses wheat, soy, fish, tree nuts. May contain shell fragments.

Shelf Life: Please refrigerate or freeze upon receipt. Refrigerated shelf-life is 4 days. Frozen shelf-life is 9 months.
