Mouth-watering Maine crabmeat, cheese sauce, shell pasta and buttery crumb topping fill a real scallop shell - perfect for an elegant appetizer, side dish or even a light entrée. Mascarpone, Swiss and cheddar cheeses combine to form a rich, creamy but light backdrop for Maine crabmeat, which is sweetened by the cold waters of the Maine coast.
