This version of our award-winning pot pies is made with jumbo lump crab meat to satiate any crab-lover. The crab is surrounded by a creamy crab bisque with a touch of seafood spices and topped with buttery puff pastry. The pot pies come prepared in reuseable, oven-proof ramekins.

Serving Suggestions: Serve as an appetizer or entrée with salad made of fresh greens, grapefruit and avocado slices. Best with a crisp white wine or champagne.
Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Preheat oven to 425°. Bake on sheet pan for 15 minutes or until pastry has begun to puff. Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for another 5-8 minutes until pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.
