These large, succulent sea scallops are hand-wrapped in hickory-smoked bacon. They can be served as an hors d'oeuvre or as a unique appetizer when presented with a drizzle of maple syrup. 25 pieces. Shipped frozen.
Ingredients: Scallops, fully cooked bacon with smoke flavor added (bacon cured with water, salt, sugar, smoke flavoring, sodium phosphates, sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrate), bread crumbs, corn syrup, molasses, sugar, wheat gluten, whey, soy flour , butter dough conditioner, distilled vinegar, skim milk, buttermilk, lactic acid, potassium sorbate.
Preparation Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Remove from packaging. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place scallops 1/2 inch apart on baking pan. Tray included in package is safe for baking. Bake 8-11 minutes or until bacon is lightly brown.
Serving Suggestions: Serve dribbled with maple syrup.
