Sweet, heavenly Maine lobster kissed with a delicate, rich beurre blanc risotto made from the freshest ingredients, including crimini mushrooms and a touch of Swiss cheese. All this is topped with panko bread crumbs mixed with lemon herb butter and presented in a scallop shell — it looks as good as it tastes. Two shells (4 oz. each).
Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Pre-heat oven to 350°. Remove plastic wrap from shells. Place shells on baking sheet. Bake until crumbs have browned and the risotto is bubbly; about 15-20 minutes. Do Not Microwave.
Serving Suggestions: Serve as an appetizer or as a meal with steak for an entree.
