Coconut milk, red curry, lemongrass and ginger combine to make this soup spicy, but not overpowering – just creamy, earthy and silky with plenty of Maine lobster as the centerpiece. Serve just as it is or with rice or pasta. 32 Ounces.
Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Pour into saucepan or double-boiler and warm over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Do not boil. Do Not Microwave. Remove from heat and serve.

Serving Suggestions: This is a whole new twist on Thai/Cundy's Harbor fusion cooking. We think you'll love it as is, or over a rice or pasta of your choosing. In any case, you'll find it warming and a bit spicy from the curry sauce. The lobster is still the star.

Shelf Life: Please refrigerate or freeze upon receipt. Refrigerated shelf-life is 4 days. Frozen shelf-life is 9 months.
