We have created a fabulous new hors d'oeuvre with Maine crab. These one ounce mini crabcakes are not only delicious, but also make an elegant presentation. Maine crabmeat is the star of this creation with a touch of Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, chives, parsley and cayenne. These are then rolled in a mixture of crunchy panko bread crumbs and black and white sesame seeds. Easy bake and serve, they will be a hit at your next party.
24 Pieces (1 oz. each). Shipped frozen.
Preparation Instructions: Thaw overnight or for several hours under refrigeration. Pre-heat oven to 375°. Remove cakes from plastic tray. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place cakes on sheet, leaving space between each. Bake 12-14 minutes. Remove cakes from the oven and serve while hot.
