NEW! This is a boatful, or at least a tableful, of great Maine seafood for four. It includes 4 Maine lobster tails, 16 shrimp, 30 mussels, 8 sea scallops, 4 ears of corn and 20 baby potatoes. This is all presented in two freezer-to-oven or -grill, heavy foil bags. Just bake and eat! Shipped frozen.
Cooking Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight. Pre-heat oven to 400°. Place foil bag (unopened) on a baking sheet. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Cut a slit in the foil to remove contents. For Outdoor Grill: Pre-heat grill to highest temperature (about 450°). Place foil bag on center of grill rack and close cover. Grill for 35-40 minutes. Remove from grill. Cut a slit in the foil and remove contents.
Caution: steam is very hot.
Ingredients: Four Maine lobster tails, 30 mussels, 16 shrimp, 8 sea scallops, 4 ears of corn, 20 Russet potatoes, butter, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and chives.
Serving Suggestion: To get the meat out of the tails, we find it easiest to cut the bottom of the tail, not the shell part but the membrane part, using boning shears or scissors. The meat is so tender, it will remove easily once the shell is opened. The sauce in the bottom of the foil is outstanding, very complex, rich and tasty. Cook up some risotto or rice and use the sauce that way. It is a shame to throw it out.
