NEW! We love lobster, of course, but we also love crab — especially Maine crab. Maine crab meat is known for its sweet, delicate, mouth-watering flavor. The crabs harvested in the icy waters off the coast of Maine are small, but delicious. Our crab cakes are loaded with meat and a touch of all the things that make crab taste good: Dijon mustard, red pepper, parsley, chives and crunchy panko bread crumbs. Easy to prepare, they can be served on a bed of lettuce, with your favorite sauce or with a spritz of lemon. 6 cakes (3 oz. each). Shipped frozen.
Preparation Instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Remove from packaging. In heavy pan, sauté in butter or oil over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve with your favorite sauce or just a spritz of lemon juice.
