Maine Crab Cakes

We love lobster, of course, but we also love crab, especially Maine crab. Maine crab meat is known for its sweet, delicate, mouth-watering flavor. Our crab cakes are 80% crab meat and a touch of all the things that make crab taste good: Dijon mustard, red pepper (which does give our crab cakes a nice little zing), parsley, chives and crunchy panko bread crumbs. Easy to prepare, they can be served on a bed of lettuce, with your favorite sauce or with a spritz of lemon.
6 cakes (3 oz. each).
Preparation Instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Remove from packaging. In heavy pan, sauté in butter or oil over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve with your favorite sauce or just a spritz of lemon juice.
