Lobster Newburg

Our Lobster Newburg combines large chunks of lobster with a rich sherry cream sauce that is sure to please your family and your guests. The Newburg is heavenly over buttery puff pastry, toast points or pasta, or as a filling in crepes for an elegant brunch. 32 Ounces.

Preparation: Thaw in refrigerator overnight or for 4 to 6 hours. Pour contents into a saucepan or double boiler. Heat on medium heat until very hot, but not boiling. If too thick, thin with a touch of water or milk. Spoon over your favorite puff pastry or toast points, etc. Do not microwave. Gluten Free

Serving Suggestions This is one of the most versatile items we offer. The Newburg is wonderful over buttery puff pastry, any type of pasta or toast points. It can be mixed in with a risotto made with chicken broth and served with a sprinkling of parsley or chives. Fill mini tartlets for a scrumptious hors d'oeuvre. My favorite is to fill crepes with the Newburg, and top with a touch of lemon zest. Serve any of these with asparagus, fiddleheads, or sauteed spinach.
