A new twist on a traditional favorite, our Lobster & Shrimp Cakes are worth trying. There are no fillers in our cakes — only Maine lobster and Maine shrimp! Each cake is seasoned with celery, onions and garlic for extra flavor and texture, then lightly rolled in Japanese panko crumbs. Eight cakes (2 oz. each). Shipped frozen.
Preparation Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Remove from packaging. In heavy pan, sauté lobster & shrimp cakes in butter or oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve immediately. Serve with a squeeze of lemon or your favorite sauce.
Ingredients: Lobster, shrimp, heavy cream, egg white, panko bread crumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, dextrose, salt), onion, butter, celery, garlic, salt, white pepper. Contains: egg, milk, shellfish, wheat. Made in a facility that uses: soy, tree nuts, peanuts.
Serving Sugggestions: Perfect with a squeeze of lemon or try preparing one of our sauce recipes such as beurre blanc sauce or Asian dipping sauce. One or two make a perfect appetizer, three or four an entrée. Serve on a bed of sautéed spinach. They also make delightful mini lobster & shrimp cake sandwiches.
