This fresh, zesty gazpacho is accented with big chunks of lobster, and includes cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, peppers, and more. A 2014 O Magazine, "Favorite Thing", this is an ideal appetizer or entrée on a warm evening.

Preparation Instructions: Simply pour or spoon gazpacho into bowls and serve.

Serving Suggestions: Serve cold with a salad, crunchy bread and white wine. Add a touch of sake for an extra special treat.

Amazing Gazpacho!!

I consider myself a Gazpacho snob as I will try any and all Gazpachos. A co-worker had ordered some of the Hancock Lobster Gazpacho for a sales meeting last week and after trying it I couldn't stop thinking about it. By far the most unique and delicious Gazpacho I have ever tasted. All the ingredients were so fresh like it had just been made that same day. Plus, it had some nice chunks of yummy lobster meat. It honestly tastes as good as it looks in the picture. I can't believe I have never thought about Lobster in Gazpacho. Anyone who tries this will never think of Gazpacho the same again!
