Our Old Port Lobster Flatbread is a whole new approach to enjoying the freshest Maine Lobster. We immerse the large pieces of sweet Maine lobster in our specially developed lemon-herb butter sauce and we add a bit of lemon zest, garlic, fresh parsley, artichoke bottoms and just enough of a full-flavor pecorino-romano cheese. All this tops a crispy, flavorful flatbread making it perfect for entertaining or just a quiet night at home. Two 13 inch long flatbreads.
Preparation Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. For best results cut a slit in the plastic wrap while thawing. Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Remove plastic wrap from flatbread and place on a preheated baking sheet (to preheat baking sheet, place in oven empty for five minutes). Bake for eight minutes. Serve immediately.
