Lemon Herbed Butter

This whipped butter infused with garlic, lemon, parsley, chives and spices has a multitude of uses in the cook's kitchen. Use it as a dipping sauce for lobster or other shellfish. It's excellent to create shrimp scampi or mixed with a bit of wine to create a perfect sauce for steamed mussels. It's also easy to spread on a split baguette to create a fabulous garlic bread.
