Brimming with Maine Lobster meat in a sherry-splashed cream sauce, our Pemaquid Point Lobster Pot Pies are wonderfully tempting. A heart-shaped puff pastry decoration adorns the top of each pie. They are perfect for anniversaries, engagements and other wedding celebrations.

Box of two Pot Pies (7 oz.each).

Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Pre-heat oven to 425°. Remove pies from box and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry has begun to puff. Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for another 5-8 minutes until pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestions: Serve as an appetizer or entrée with salad made of fresh greens and grapefruit and avocado slices. Best with a crisp white wine or champagne.
